This client came to us knowing that their prior IT company wasn’t supplying adequate support.
They would often open tickets with this company without receiving a response or experiencing delayed responses. They assumed that they were too small for this company to prioritize anymore.
With this being said, we conducted a site visit and found the following:
- TZ300
- 3 Windows 10 computers
- Approximately 5 laptops floating around with various team members
- Using Kaseya to backup Office 365
- Unifi equipment was no longer actively talking to the cloud, and the devices were old
When we finally engaged with the company, it was determined that the three Windows 10 computers needed to be replaced, as well as the old firewall.
We have completed the following:
- Replaced the firewall
- Added new Unifi equipment
- Replaced the old PCs
- Worked on getting access to floating laptops
