- Intel NUCs were being used as primary PCs
- Antivirus coverage was inconsistent across machines
- PCs were not being backed up
- Outdated network infrastructure
- A single Splashtop account was shared by IT to access all computers
- No OneDrive backup in place
Our plan:
- Replace network equipment with a new firewall and Ubiquiti gear
- Install antivirus and cybersecurity monitoring on all PCs
- Implement backups across all PCs
- Replace the Intel NUCs with new PCs
- Deploy OneDrive backup
