What we found:

  • Intel NUCs were being used as primary PCs
  • Antivirus coverage was inconsistent across machines
  • PCs were not being backed up
  • Outdated network infrastructure
  • A single Splashtop account was shared by IT to access all computers
  • No OneDrive backup in place

Our plan:

  • Replace network equipment with a new firewall and Ubiquiti gear
  • Install antivirus and cybersecurity monitoring on all PCs
  • Implement backups across all PCs
  • Replace the Intel NUCs with new PCs
  • Deploy OneDrive backup
