PROBLEM STATEMENT

Client was having difficulty managing Google Voice and their telephone costs were high.

CURRENT MODE OF OPERATION

  • 10 phone numbers
  • 1 primary phone number
 

DISCOVERY AND IMPLEMENTATION

H. Grant Designs migrated the client to Net2Phone, which is a VoIP system. Net2Phone has a web and mobile app. We also configured call routing so that incoming calls would map to the correct phone number. Our final fix was to establish auto-attendants for active business hours and times when the office was closed.
