PROBLEM STATEMENT

Client was having issues with Wi-Fi throughout his home.

CURRENT MODE OF OPERATION

  • Two (2) Araknis APs
  • Optimum Internet Services
  • After moving to a new home, a client called us stating he was having issues with the current Araknis setup. The coverage was not great and the connected devices were losing signal.
We did a site visit and walk-through with the client to troubleshoot.

IMPLEMENTATION PLAN:

Upon client walk through, we decided to install four (4) Unifi Pro APs, and one (1) outdoor AP with a cloud key. Upon installation, we checked all signal strength and confirmed good connectivity throughout the residence.
